I haven't been able to attend the last couple of swaps, but I was on the forum and noticed that folks were waiting until later in the week (i.e., a few days before the swap) to really start posting.by KimC - Fall 2020 Discussion

Hello, everyone. I'm disappointed that I'll be unable to attend this swap. As with last year, the swap happens to occur during my husband and daughter's Fall Break, so we have a travel conflict. I hate to miss the Fall Swap. It is the best time of year to plant most things, and has a more calm quality that I always enjoy. In the meantime, I'm going to try and winter over sby KimC - Fall 2019 Discussion

Leigh: Would you be interested in a passion flower vine (native)? Certain butterflies seem to especially like them. They don't always transplant well, but I've got some really small ones coming up in my garden and I might be able to dig them just fine.by KimC - Spring 2019 Want

Hi, Samantha. Thanks for asking. I a lot of space for veggies (because of limited sun areas), so just grow those in pots. I usually concentrate on tomatoes and then basil and mint that I usually start with seedlings. Do you have particular seeds in mind?by KimC - Spring 2019 Want

Hey, Traci. Yes, I will definitely bring something. I enjoy the food and fellowship! It is always a challenge - I love to cook, but the things I especially enjoy making for potlucks need to be kept cool (or cold). And Saturday is supposed to be quite hot. So, like Brandon I don't know yet what I'm bringing, but I'm bringing something! ~Kimby KimC - Spring 2018 Discussion
Hey, Brandon. I have a new office space with a window and diffused light coming in almost all day. I am looking for a nice houseplant or two, so if you have any extra I'd love to take one off your hands. Just let me know if you see anything else on my list you'd like. Thanks, Kimby KimC - Spring 2018 Have
Valerie, Be sure to look on my list and see if there is anything I can bring you. P.S. You can wait on those hyacinth bulbs until fall - no problem! Whatever is best for you. ~Kimby KimC - Spring 2018 Want
Frances, Well, when I moved it out of the car I noticed one of the leaves had fallen off and then when I put it out on the porch for safe-keeping another couple of leaves fell off. So I'm just going to stick them in a little plastic pot with decent soil and bring them to you. Maybe they will take! ~Kimby KimC - Spring 2018 Want
