How'd things go?
OK, Martha, it's yours. We can help you get it in your car, but you'll have to make sure there is space for it in your car and that you have someone to get it out for you. It will be a big job for one person to get it out and carried to its planting site.

Karin, I noted your other requests. I'll pass on the 'Howdy Do'. It's just too plain looking for my taste. Some people love white flowers, but I like vibrant colors better.

Hey Karin, I got you down for the butterfly weed, bee balm, and mint. The elderberry isn't looking very promising at this point. They apparently don't like being transplanted.

I've been going since the second East Tennessee Plant Swap, back in May of 2005. It was held at the Seymour Business Park. If I calculated right this will be my 33rd swap!

Spring 2021 Have
As per the announcement on the main page, I was planning on not having a potluck lunch. If there is interest, we could change that. My concern is that people may not want to share food because of the COVID issue. What do other people think?

Spring 2021 Discussion
OK, this is almost embarrassing to offer, but how about a couple of clivias in less than perfect shape? They probably just need a little extra love, or something. I don't know the cultivar name on either one, but they are different types. I seriously won't be offended or anything if you don't want them, cause, like I said, they aren't specimen quality plants. Oh, and one co

Spring 2021 Have
Even though it was raining, we had a record turnout for a fall swap. In total, we had either 37 or 38 swappers. Typically, we have around 20 to 25 at fall swaps. Some, unfortunately, showed up after most everyone else had left. It rained almost the whole time, but not real hard, so it was survivable, especially with an umbrella. I was able to find homes for quite a few plants, and got more pl

Fall 2020 Results
Hey Mark, I don't know if I have anything you are interested in, but, if so, I'd love to make some swaps with you.
The thing I'd probably like the most is 28. Phyllostachys nigra IF you could get one with a pretty well developed root system. I got one from you before but it never sprouted any roots. I still have the spot that I planted it in reserved in case I ever got a chance

That's a good choice Kellie! I got that plant as a surplus/freebie before it bloomed. I don't usually care a lot for white/cream-colored flowers, and didn't think I'd be impressed with it. Then it bloomed. It was gorgeous! I'll reserve it for you.
